Was a good time. Sorry I missed you Derno.

As you all know the big news is ATK is going public. NASDAQ like Cannondale was before. The quad end of business was left up in air. No real answer on what they will have for quads in 09. These various Highland bikes will be ATK's in 09. I was assured the Cannondale parts business would continue along with new parts to replace those that run out or even better. New better parts. Lot of new faces at ATK. Most seem to have some knowledge of the motors and seem to be much more willing to try things we are doing already. Frank White seemed very happy and has held it together up to this point. What effect stockholders will have on the family type atmosphere ATK has now remains to be seen. Whatever there is going to be big change. Supposedly ATK now owns the intellectual rights to Cannondale from Dinli. Was a few plans there even. The saga continues!

Here is some pics. Since Wistech missed his girls I had to say hi to a few. tongue.gif

This is Ohlins new shock. It has a solid piston. All valving is done with the two knobs on top. Rebound and compression.

Custom Axis has its own air shock. Similar to FOX.

WeaponMX is very pumped on doing our exhausts for ATK. Very nice stuff. Stainless cores and pipes. I like. Even doing duals.

Steve are you sure those two knobs control the compression and rebound? I looked at the set on Ballance's quad and it had two knobs at the top and a smaller knob at the bottom. They are hi and low speed compression at the top and rebound on the bottom.

I am sure. Knob on bottom you saw is for changing length. Ohlins also offers this system for forks as a cartridge replacement. Same spring just screw it in.

On the Custom Axis air shock there is also a height adjustment but at the top. Something Fox doesnt have.

Yes big time. I was also looking at some pics and there is in fact a screw on bottom. Not sure what its for. No way that shaft is hollow for rebound in normal sense since it is same diameter as our Cannibal shocks shafts. Really cant wait to try this system. Did you see Ohlins new dampner?

I saw the Ohlins dampner but I was totally impressed by Precision's system. And...he was the only one that didn't chuckle when I mentioned Cannondale.
