hey guys the ride thursday was great fun. thanks jay. :head: i was a little tired the next morning though, (7 hours one way). cant wait to come back down in the spring. smile.gif

The reason the 450 is not done is because I let someone [cough haydug cough] convince me that I needed a ported head and that I would have it back by mid December:hammer:

Houser, glad you had fun, next time you'll have to stay a couple days and make it worth the drive.

it was awesome riding with so many 'dales! I got to ride 6 of the 8 and it's amazing how different each machine was.
I think the best overall setup was Chris, #31. Totally flat cornering while still soft in the little stuff. I think 3 of them had Winky balanced cranks and i am now sold on this mod for my bike. Those machines were so smooth! Dougs 450 was definitely the fastest! The only one to beat the YFZ. It really had more low end grunt, but the most noticable difference was in how much quicker I could get from corner to corner.
