Use a hair dryer to heat the seat cover, it stretches alot easier.

im surprised any 1 else usues that hair dryer thing...i thought i was the only one....yes..do that..and use the medium sized staples..ever different sizes for different areas...usually i use the ones that are like 3/4 your thumbnail length. And after you get the ends sucured..which i recommend doing the ends first...flip the seat over..and put your knee on it compressing the arc of the seat more flat. This will make the seat cover go fartherover the edge..allowing for easy stapling. It can be agrivating though..lol..but be patient.

Heall w/ the hair dryer. I throw them in the dryer for 30 minutes.:drink:
