It shoul be real flat.Yes this doesnt have the peak HP but that could just be the dyno only a small drop till full rev limiter.Dont forget we have a soft limiter which kicks in in stages also.My next runs will be better than this.

That curve could be something as simple as tire hop.

Yes you should see the rubber a dyno can take off a tire.Streetbikes usually lay quite a pile there.

We dyno'd so much that we actually had a "dyno wheel" that we used. It would normally be someones leftover tire from a new purchase and a spare shop rim. Those dyno's eat some tires up! We used to be able to dyno all day long on Sunday's at no cost. Too bad that dyno isn't capable of doing 4 wheelers or I would have a major hook up.:wow

$20 gives me a hour.D&M lets you make lots of changes quick and A/f charting gives real piece of mind.Problem is I usually make alot of changes at once.Makes it hard to figure out what did what.Next run though will be same as last except Timbo porting and JE piston.

It will be interesting to see what kind of changes that work will produce. As in characteristics and gains.

Yes it will probably be two trips since flow rate and offset arent capable of perfectly tuning the little lean or rich spots.Mapping is only way to do that.Wish I had the rider trim.

Just thought I'd bring this post back to life. My falicon motor is back running now and has the updated valve springs. Ran it for 3 days at Glamis with no problems at all. I've hardly put enough hours on this motor to call the new springs a total sucess, but they are working well none the less and I thought I'd report.

The springs are custom made and are 1mm longer and a few pounds stiffer (43psi I beleive was the weight, but could have been 45)

I'll keep you guys posted as I put more time on the motor.
