its gonna stay together this time!(praying..........:bow: )i rode the thing all day on saturday not a hiccup then about an hour into my sunday ride kablewy!i wasnt beating on it "TOO'' bad:D

...after pre-grinding, the pieces can move to the other side of the tranny plate, and:

Hey I did a motor a while back with the same issue. The filter stayed together in a big glob and got stuck in the shift fork assembly. It didnt hurt the tranny at all. It just wouldnt shift out of first gear.

Jason I like the case . My brother in law is getting (cocky)good at welding up cases . Id like you to send that one to him and ask him if he can sweat the crack back together. LOL Ill bet he would laugh and say . Ill give it a try .:hammer:

Jason , If you were a Cannondale test rider our machines would have been as bulletproof as they are now. :clap: You sir are stronger than any machine.

When the big dogs let go. I believe this is the 530r. Looks like the valves couldnt take it. Its going to cost a small fortune to repair this puppy.

I love this stuff. I havent blown an engine in a long time . Maybe Ill get the chance this weekend.
