I have a 2003 cannibal with a blaze map in it. when i press on the gas in first gear the first couple of seconds it kinda like jolts back and forth kinda like it wants to stall but when it hits a higher rpm its fine. also its good in the rest of the gears. i hooked it up to the d&M kit and it reads

TPS sensor closed .34
" " open 4.18
Throttlebody leakage 0.5
fuel inj flow rate 2300
injector offset .70
numerical cal id 32300

Should the throttle body leakage be at 0? like it was stock map?
I dont know what is causing this but would love to have it fixed. thanks.

I'm having the same thing happen with mine. My plan is to order a bung and hook up to Jwheat's AFR meter, then adjust the offset and flowrate to get all throttle ranges just right. I believe you can get a AFR meter kit for about $150 if you don't know anyone that has one.

What was your stock settings? Did you load a new map recently?

the stock setters are

tps sensor closed .31
" " open 4.34
throttlebody leakage 0.0
fuel inj flow rate 2603
injector offset 0.88
numerical cal id 32300

i didnt mess with anything. it ran good while i first bought it but i did have to change the spark plug because i flooded it sad.gif so i dont know if that had to do anything with it. thanks for helping me out.

When you put a map in you have to verify the and change the settings to where they were before. You have not done this. Go and input the correct settings. Your running way to rich now and make sure you do a throttle calibration every time you mess with the d@m .

You guys beat me to the punch here. When you load a new map you have to marry your old settings into the map. Seems like you put the maps setting into your quad!

Yep Ill bet everybody with a new D@M does it. I think I did it several times to before I got over the computer fear. No big deal .
