Not pro rated???

I'm checkin' out the latest issue of Dirtwheels and on page 202 the Lonestar add states that their axle is not pro rated yet "is covered by a full Lifetime Warranty against bending or breaking.I guess I just don't understand the add.

unlike some companys that will only give you a "discount"(dura-blue) towards your second axel, lonestar will streighten it or give you a new one !!

Dura Blue sent me three new axles last summer, I didn't even have to send in my snapped axle they just sent out the new ones. NO ?'S asked.
