Some tips on a YFZ 450

Hey guys just picked up this 04' yfz for $2500... bike runs great..anyone have any tips or advice on the best places to get a deal on parts (i know some of you have yfz as well) I'm a dale man but couldnt turn down a good deal looks like i'll be splitting time between the dale and the yfz forums.

for the price i got this bike for the plastic could have been pink!!!!!!!!

Daum, that's a steal! There is an article in the newest Dirtwheels on how to do the cam mod for the YFZ. If you need a good cheap pipe, DRD makes a slip on that works really well and they are a little over $200 new at most places. If you plan on putting aftermarket shocks on it, I have a friend that might be interested in buying the stock front shocks.

No need going to anothe forum, let us know and we can all help you with any problems. When you get ready to upgrades on it, let me know. I have dealt with quite a few yfz's, and can get you some of the best deals around on any parts for it also.
