anyone know what happen?

I believe Maz is out of business. Anyone please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Maz is out of the parts business. I just purchased the majority of his remaining inventory. That's why there is no more website.

On a personal note - I'm glad to call him my friend. He has a good heart and is working hard to make things right with his old customers. Honesty is a trait I value highly. Stephen got himself in a bad position, but his basic honest nature is driving him to make things good! I'm glad that he's still part of our community. He'll probably forget more about Cannondales then most of us will ever learn!
