Anyone

#1 Post by T-Rex »

OK, here is my problem. I just traded my 03 Predator for a 03 Cannondale. When I recieved it the battery was dead and the gas in it was about six months old. Fixed everything now it runs and runs **** good, but its hard to start when its cold but once it warms up its starts fine. The person who I traded with was suppose to supply the program (D&M KIT) with lab top. Does not look like its going to show up. Anyway is there anyone with such a kit close to San Antonio I could meet up with to plug mine in and see where it stands. The quad is running to rich for me and use some fine tuning.

Help Anyone.....:drink:

I found the trick to starting mine when its frigid out is this-

turn it over for 5-10 seconds
then just blip the starter button for a split second
then it should fire right up

I've seen this work on a few different dales

Yes, that does work. I also have tried several different ways in starting it and that works the best. The only thing is that its only 70 degrees down here in Texas. Whats it going to do in 50 degree weather???sad.gif

At 70 you shouldn't be having any trouble. Have you replaced the plug? A tired plug will giving you starting troubles. More than likely though your going to have go in with the D&M.
