Who built this quad?

I have a customer in South Africa that won this bike on ebay, and we are now trying to find out as much as we can about it before the LONG trip overseas to him.

I cant remember but it looks awefully **** familiar. I seem to remember only ever seeing one speed on here that looked like that and I envied it. Will have to dig through some really old threads.

Cpt Hook, you may be thinking of JayBr's Speed, which that definitely isn't. But Jay's did look near identical to that at one time. And, there were pics of it posted. You may ahve seen them in the pics of your quad thread.

I can't really remember ever seeing pics of that one before, though. I won't deny that I have a bad memory, either!

The guy who owned this quad before the person who listed it for sale (Mr. Simmons) is: Scott Carlton. He bought some parts from me. We did NOT do any engine/chassis work on it.

Hope the name will help you connect with this quad's past.
