1-1 Finish at my first race of the season

Had a pretty good race day yesterday. I ended up taking the holeshot in both motos and having a 1-1 finish. I called wistech later yesterday before I went out to eat and he seemed extremely happy that his motor was pulling holeshots. I had a lot of people come up to me and say my Cannondale was pullin hard and it looked like it was running good.. So the power difference was noticeable to even the spectators...awesome huh? Anyways, I will have a full race report to give as soon as I get some pictures...so stay tuned!

Was the suspension issue resolved then? Or did you do this with the bad shocks?

Good job!

I might as well have been riding on 2x4s. Pat Brown, Chad Wienen and Sage Baker were there and they started looking at my quad and then they said my bottles werent even warm. I wasnt even using any of my travel really. I had terrible arm pump from this.

Sounds like the spring setup is way too stiff. I bet someone out there up north could have something worked out for you.

I dunno I just think it is time to get new shocks...all 3 of them are trashed and I guess I will have to wait to replace the rear one... but the fronts arent any good for mx anymore. The springs are way too stiff and everything but i seriously think that the more i keep messing with these shocks the more time im wasting because I keep getting the same answers....they are corroded and trashed and if they arent going to hold up for mx then theres no point in trying to mess with them, I dont want to spend all that money replacing all those parts on those shocks when I could just get a new set thats in good shape and not failing on me everytime Im out on the track. Everytime I send them off it takes over a month to get them back. I dont have a month to wait. Just too many races im going to now and I cant be without shocks.

Great job Kara . We are all proud of you. I was just hoping you would just finish without reinjuring your ankle but you go and win. After talking to you I got a call from cdale55 telling me he pulled off 3 more victories with a couple of 2nds and a 3rd.
You guys rock. :head:
Unfortunatly he spun a flywheel and could not continue.

Lets see if we can get all these bugs worked out and have a great year. I hope the local support staff can keep you going throughout the season.
