Are there different versions of the D&M kit? I don't get the box that lets you checkmark the settings you want to send to the ECU. Also, when I send a map or update calibrations, it comes up with messages like "injector offset different", "flowrate different".... what could be the problem?

Yeah, sounds like you have an older version on the D&M software. The newest has a box that comes up where you can select which setting to pass in or keep. Get the newest software first, then try it again. What is your email addr? I will forward you a copy over.
