Ok, went out to load some different calibrations, and my fuel pump won't turn on. I looked through the troubleshooting manual and went through the steps to check the fuel pump. At the step that tells you to hook the ECU up , press the start button, and after 5 seconds check for a short between CN16B (fuel pump) and ground.... I get 156 k ohms, not exactly a short.

How do I check to see if my ECU is fried?

You might have just lost the hex code. Reload and try again.
