Well I guess I just don't know when to quit, but I am in the process of building a team and quad for the 12hr in Texas. This time around I decided to put the 3 fastest guys who ride Cannondales I could find. I am not one of them. My mission is to put a Cannondale not on the podium, but in first place in the 30+ class and have them competing to finish well in the overall. This will not be easy as the defending champs of the 30+class are the Dirt First guys and they have won this class 2 years in a row. Last year finishing 10th overall. The mission is listed for all to see.

Taking a team from the east coast and heading over 30 hrs to Texas is going to be darn near impossible as fuel is so outrageous. So the plan is to ship the atv out there and fly out to meet it. This won't be cheap either. Kdeal has been nice enopugh to help me organize this effort as we will be building a motor designed for durability to prove once and for all a Cannondale can succeed at an endurance event.

Where we need the help is from the people local to the race we could use a spare atv just to get parts off of during the race if needed. There will be only so much we can take on the flight and ship. Also just help transporting the atv from the shipping dock to the race.

Now for the last part I have never asked for money from anyone, but I can not do this alone and need help. I am asking for cash donations to this cause. I am posting this to ask first and see if the willingness to help is there before I proceed any further. If you have any questions feel free to ask as I feel if I am asking for money everyone should be in on the information.

Thank you in advance and post what you would be willing to help with or just pm me with it. After I get an idea of the level of support we have I will be able to decide if this will be feasable or not.

I'll donate a motor to use for the race.I'll assemble it,break it in,dyno tune it,tune it for quick starts and send it to you guys with computer, fuel reg,and injectors so tuning won't change. The motor will be 100% gone over.Just let me know if you'd like cable or hydrolic.I have 2 spare motors and this will give me an excuse to assemble them.If you like can even send along a spare motor.Good Luck at the race! If motors aren't needed will donate $ to the cause. Now some people need to step up to the plate for some donations to make a true cannondale race team. The members donatating to cover expenses would be as good as a factory team. Lets show what the Cannondales can do!

Tim thanks alot and yes I will take you up on the motor. I think we have something that can truely show what they can do and the right guys to bring this home.

Oh I forgot to mention the team

Randy Brandt won 30+ class district 6 2004 on a cannondale ran A class with Chris Borich last year, and was a member of my team last year which won the 6hr in GA and finished 16th Overall at Rausch 6hr.

Kenny Campbell no stranger to Cannondales is currently winning the Pro-am class in the AGP series has also run on Haydug's 6hr team in the past. Also, ran the 12hr last year on his own 250r and finished well despite losing a rear axle during the race.

Last but not least is JT Elliott otherwise known as Delaware152. Just ask any Dist 7 racer about JT and they know he is the guy kicking butt on the Cannondale. Has done extremely well on Cannondales at the nationals in the past. Running A class and 30+.

These 3 guys have the talent to bring this home, but they need your help!

I'm not sure if I could help but I've got enough spare parts to build basically an entire quad minus a top end and main frame. Some aftermarket and some stock. Any spare or wear items that could help the cause I'd be glad to throw in.

I'll definitely be making a cash donation and I have already spoken with Derno about extra parts also.
