Well after a little blood, sweat & tears I have just completed a deal to purchase one of the first 2003 Glamis models made. She was originally purchased by Steve Abbott a former Cannondale dealer in Las Vegas. The bike had a few add-on accessories and did not look anything like a Glamis, but the VIN # and some unique Glamis only items are on the bike. I happen to have almost all the items brand new to bring her back to original and they will be installed in the coming days. The motor was supposedly redone by "Big Winky" and includes a 450 kit (that means she is coming apart for updates). It came with Moto A-arms, a HMF full exhaust system, Quadtech seat, Alba Action decal set, Denton type steeering dampner, deletes & are rather strange looking fuel pump (probably a MSD). The paddles are missing, the sticker kit is gone and any hint of Glamis orange is history. It does have the original Magura bend fat bars and related Cannondale OEM equiptment. The bike was originally sold as a Cannibal, but I noticed the VIN and started the search for the right model. I have included one before pic and will start the transformation back to her original self. PS: She is VIN #3

A few hours at the KDeal shop and she is feeling much better as her color is coming back. I couldn't resist throwing the seat and headlight covers on to see her true color. Has anyone seen a fuel pump like this before? Is it possibly a MSD?

looks like a pump you can pick up from the auto store. When going through all of the types at advanced auto I found one that had the black rubber on it like that one. I was wanting something factory size or smaller, that is definately not it. I think its actually a Walburo.

I am gonna go with an MSD pump as it has an adapter on the top line. Looks just like mine. The sleeve is probably something extra they added.

I'll pull it off this weekend and get some better pics. This thing was definitely not plumbed or wired with riding in mind, as there are hoses hanging out all over the place. I did find something very interesting.....It has the lower radiator hose on the left side! Must have been one of those early conversions where everyone was looking for a better way to cool them. It looks funky! She will get new plastic and eventually the full Glamis decal set. I did find a good place for the Quadtech seat though.....

I'll try to get a pic of my MSD pump tonght and post it for you. I'll take that Quad tech sea if you don't want it. tongue.gif

Actually just bring the quad also that its sitting on, I think your running out of space so I volunteer to keep it for you in KY, that ways it will be safe from all that bad wweather you have down in FL.
