That is some cool reading and drawings! It's a shame they went away from the thru frame intake set-up. It had its problems but they had obviously put their designs initially in that direction (MX400 / X440s).

Anyone notice the gear position sensitive map select and the 'flatshift' function? There are still the little 'ears' on the SSM case for the screws to hold the potentiometer in place.

There was I thinking I was doing something 'new' (to 'Dales at least) with my 'selected gear indicator' and flatshift system.....

ya too bad these arnt 3d or 2d models that are dimensioned
