do 400ex plastics really bolt strait on to a cannondale?

No. At one time there was 1 or 2 conversions done but the front was held on by a strap. The rear plastic might be close but you'll have to make some modifications to it to fit right.

actually I remember seeing a yellow one...I know someone can find the pic...I seen it on here...and yes...follow ups's advice.

The first one done was yellow. Haydug had it for a while but I think he bought it from someone else.

Is that something you fabbed up Sloot? Or is it the one that was floating around for a while? It doesn't look half bad really. Can we get some close up pics of the joint between the front and rear and maybe some pics of the mods that were done to the plastic? How about some some pics of the front mounts?

At least it doesnt have the google eyes of the 400ex. Not to bad that way. I was thinking of doing a gas gas kit. They dont have the power ranger look to them.

You're right wistech, it definitely looks better w/o the headlights. Something else I didn't notice at first was the cdale number plate.

Do you know someone that has a gas gas to try? Has anyone tried any other plastics besides 400ex and 250r? I wonder about the newer 400ex plastic.

On second thought...that would be really ugly and not very cheap. The old 400ex plastic is pretty cheap.
