She Wont start

Just rebuilt the quad....the status lights are showing a sensor fault(solid yellow light when cranking over)...im going to check for spark now...

it has fuel also..its pissing it back in the tank...

its getting spark....the plug didnt seem to have fuel on it though...i put some gas in on the piston....it fired for a second or two?

The yellow light will stay on until the motor starts...

think it could be the fuel pressure regulator from sitting?

Make sufe you injectors are plugged in. Also the crank sensor plug and the coolant temp sensor plug are the same type of connector and are easily mixed up when installing a motor. If they are crossed then your injectors won't fire.

that was it.....the right injector plug fell off......but it started over heating.....should i loosten the blleder on the water pump cover?

was the radiator and hoses completely warm?...what I do is tilt it back on the grab bar for a minute after start up to bleed it...also before you do this let it idle for a minute or two with the radiator cap off...put the cap back on then tilt it back...

Idk if the hoses were warm...the blinking red light scared me ...lol... I also noticed it was low on oil so i need to go tomorrow and pick up some more dino oil before i will start it back up..

Do you loosen the bleeder screw when you do this?


My heartbeat is finally coming to a rest...I got to get another dale
so when im fixing one i have another to ride...lol
