Oregon DuneFest '03

I hope everyone is planning to attend the Oregon DuneFest '03 in Winchester Bay this year. It's gonna be a blast as it always is. So plan to show up and have lots of fun.
Don't let the alcohol ban stop anybody from coming, we'll still make it fun. I want to see lots of Dales there.
