speed on ebay

There is a sSpeed on ebay from MI. it has been on craigs list (flint MI.). It looks like a cannible with speed plastic. He had the vin number on craigs list. I looked it up on the injector cal list and I'm pretty sure it is a cannible. His price is a little high so I doubt it if anyone here would bid on it and most would catch the cannible handlebars anyway. but just thought I would put a warning out anyway.

The title is posted on eBay and states Cannibal. CMR on the side of the engine?

I saw that. It is just up the rode from where I am working. He has had it for sale for a very long time on craigslist.

OK, thinking about making an offer on this. the CMR on the side of the engine has got me worried. If this thing runs and I decide to buy it and make it reliable. Is champion the one who did the screwy crank plate mods? Is there anyone who can give me a guess at what may be unuseable?
