frame cracks

Has anyone have the welds crack on the rear shock support tube. I'm having my quad freshened up and noticed the cracks.

My friend had his cracking on his old dale, but he motocross'd it heavily. But he didn't even fix them and nothing ever happened. He also had a tendency to crack engine cradles badly also.

Are you running the support aluminum bar that helps take some of the load or not?

Our Moto had a crack at the top of crossmember on the left side. I noticed it shortly after we bought it. I called cannondale and they wanted to replace it rightaway but, because the season had started I talked them into sending me a frame and I would swap them after the season. crack never did get any worse and he had a few crashes and cased the step-up at red bud

i've recently found a crack on the front left side of the engine cradle.....its worked its way down over halfway after to very hard dune weekends. should this be able to be fixed up pretty easily? kinda sucks since it is powder coated. i was also thinking it may just be the powder it self cracking, just have'nt had the nerve to scrape the powder off yet......

Did you ever get your engine cradle welded? I'm doing mine this weekend and thought I'd see how yours worked
