I just tried to log onto their site and a full page message comes up that says that it has been hacked.....wierd

Still using the same software with no updates..... They get hacked the same way about once every 2-3 months.

Site is back up.

Yes same group again. They delete the index file for the homepage and forum and replace it with one of theirs each time.

The forum is the latest version with no modifications and other than the gallkery everything is simple hand written code with no scripts but they still get through some how. I'm suspecting it's the shared hosting. It might be time to look for a new host.

I didn't think about that, you are right J. We changed hosts a while back and have been pretty lucky I guess.

Do you have all your folders locked down properly? I would have to guess no.
