I have a cannondale moto and have raced every sunday except for two since the beginning of April. I change the engine oil (ams oil 10W-40), tranny oil (maxima 80wt), clean the air filter, clean/lube all conections, clean/oil chain once a week. Is there any maintainance i should think about doing so i dont have any mechanical breakdowns and can keep racing every sunday for the rest of the summer? I have not added any fluids to ohlins shocks or ohlins steering damper. The quad runs like a champ except the fan is always on (evans coolant), but does not hinder the performance.
2nd question, what does everyone think of the ohlins steering damper?

love it

I think the Ohlins steering dampner is really good. I would look for one like it if I bought another quad.

1st thing lose the evans coolant.
i have a gallon of that stuff in the barn that will not go in a thing i own .
(not to flame but i would run a 15 min moto and the fan would run 10 min. afteri was done)

do you self a favor and switch over to maxum coolanol . i have used it for over 4 months and my cover looks good dose not .
have a trace of more breaking down.
people have had good luck with engine ice also

i have started using the engine ice, instead of the evans.
