Can I use my cdi to another cannondale connect or can not do that
Or what do I need it

There is not a cdi on a cannondale so to speak as you would find on a carb'd quad or bike... there is an ecu and yes you can swap it and it would not hurt but may or may not run. For it to work correctly it would need the throttle cal values set up into a map and loaded with d&m kit from a computer.

So it is needs its other function of the engine fuel injectors and its original Thortlebody. Otherwise it may be that the engine is not running properly. I need the wiring harness from the ECU upgraded? My first quad has no ecu, but I have two Cannondale, I may move the one ecu in my other quad install, and if it does not work, and re-install without problems in my other quad,

It would be better to swap the throttle body along with the ecu as it would be closer but does not mean that the throttle calibration will be correct enough for it to run right but would be worth a try. Swapping the injectors would only gain you something if the ones you have are faulty.
If you do not have or want to buy a D&M kit there are other people from Germany here that may be willing to help you out.
