My frame is not hot Help me what is the Problem

Hello, im from Germany i have problem whit my new Rebuild Cannondale. The frame is not hot. I'm already happened 20km dangers partly with gas but it's not much. So what would happens if I forgot an oil pump pin? If the engine is not failure? The gear oil and motor oil also remains equal and good. The frame is only after exactly 30min bit Hot in the stand what is my problem?

My chassis spars dont get real hot.

Just take the oil dipstick out of the frame with engine running. Look into the hole for oil flow. If flowing you are good to go. If not immediately shut it off and look for a problem with engine.

Flow hmmmmmmmm no here comes smoke what ist the Problem??????? and why the engine running I have the quad properly raped is what I can tell someone what more accurate
