Vehicle black box suggestions.

In the last year I hit a truck with my car and last week a deer with my truck. I would like to get them setup with a camera system thats mostly hidden. Something that is hard wired and not noticable . Something that I never have to deal with and goes on when the vehicle is running.
Any suggestions on brands?

never delt with them, but that kit looks very noticeable
