Cannondaleriders

I am looking into having a Cannondale Motorsports logo heat transfered onto a jacket. Does anyone have a logo already? I would like it to say:
Cannondale Motorsports (might need the Motorsports put below to save space.)
hand made in the USA

And of course with the "C" on top.
I have a picture of a shirt,but I don't know if he can use that. The whole thing will just be black to save $$

That's my shirt! Haha. May just be easier to figure out the style of text it's written in and a high quality image of the C that could probably be found in a search online.

Finally got my jacket finished. There are a few things I wish I could have changed,but too late now. Like contrasting color,size and a little lower.I will still wear it proudly.
