R&S Performance website?

I noticed today that R&S Performance cannondale website was down. Is this temporary or are they done? Does anyone have any info on this? they had wheels i wanted to buy but sure my luck, now that im ready to buy, there site is down..smh. I always fear the day that cannondale parts dealers arent available and cringe at the thought of one closing.

I think they have been out of the Cannondale business since 2004 . I always wondered how the web site was still around for all these years.
