The update bulletins are all posted on this site under Tech, I think. As for further info on the critical updates you need, check out these links:

Stage 8 kit - http://forums.cannondaler.com/viewtopic.php?t=1429 Buy the kit at http://www.cdaleparts.com under the "hardware" section.

Valve cover corrosion - http://forums.cannondaler.com/viewtopic.php?t=1346 then read http://forums.cannondaler.com/viewtopic.php?t=317 Buy the coolant from Mooneyes here: http://66.216.94.142/product.asp?0=0&1=0&3=851

Front motor mount update - http://forums.cannondaler.com/viewtopic.php?t=1304 Order the part from http://www.cdaleparts.com under the "hardware" section.

In order to do some of these, you'll need to remove the engine. wjr wrote some great instructions: http://forums.cannondaler.com/viewtopic.php?t=1381

Mjollnir, thanks this is the best condensed compiled up-date list I have yet to see on this site. I, as well have an ??????????????????03 Speed and I know I have been needing to do some of the up-dates. I was dreading having to search through all of the post just to look up these updates. You made it simple.

I have a few questions though.
1) I have the stud up-date (the one prior to the stage 8) do you think this is adequate?
2) what is this about the oil line up-date?
3) What do you guys think about running Mobile One Oil?
4) The Cannondale owners manual shows a thicker Transmission oil than the motor oil, but I read some post that say some people are running the same weight in both. What is the deal there?

The factory stud update is probably fine for the Crankcase cartridge plate, but I'd be worried about the transmission plate too. I've not heard of anyone with the factory stud update specifically having any transmission plate problems, but I know the transmission bolts where usually the first to back out.

The oil line update, or Crankcase ventilation update addresses problems with oil spitting out through the airbox. It's not a critical update, but the parts are only around $20 and it's worth doing when you have it apart.

Mobil One, I used it for awhile and switched to Redline. Don't have any scientific proof that ones better than the other and I'm sure the Mobil One will be fine. It can't be bad, Porsche and Mercedes come with Mobil One from the factory.

I use transmission oil in the transmission, opinions vary.

Cannondale27 has the stage 8 kits, I just got mine last week. R&S Performance has motor mount updates in stock and their kit was designed by the Cannondale engineers.

I think Haydug is working on getting kits for both of the updates on the site store. http://www.haydugcycles.com
