What iPAQ (UPDATED INFO!)

I just need to make sure the iPAQ I bought today will work w the D&M Software... Will all the windows based ipaqs work or only certain models, I have the iPAQ1945. Does anyone know if it will work?

Check with optimum...When they sent me the latest dm software it does not work with the ipaq. I thought I was the only one who had the ipaq version.

I talked w Scooter this week at Optimum and he looked into the iPAQ 1945 (1940) and said there is no reason why it shouldn't work. I work for a large electronics retailer and bought the serial to USB cable for the Upper model iPAQs and it works fine w the 1945. SO... for $299 you could have the perfect companion for the track to tune and remap your dale... just thought I would share the info.

I was thinking of the ProCal as far as I know it doesn't work on the ipaq. The dm does but I have had it delete my hex code twice with the ipaq. I have had no problems with my laptop though. Sorry for my misunderstanding.
