Their 19" long which is fairly standard long travel length. They will fit a 400ex and Z400 with slight modification to the bushings at the mounting points. I'm not sure about fitting others.

Just make sure you have long travel arms!

thanks for the info. after my first year of racing, i have found out that suspension is a very big deal. having zero preload and either axis, elkas or pep's is the way to go. Looking to get this kind of shock for the 2004 year.
