Cannondaleriders

I just got a new cannibal and when i go to start it sometimes it idles high...im not sure why...could it be because its below freezing here ? and also where is the bottle for the coolant

thanks for the help...are you sure it's suppose to idle that high it kinda seem's like the throttle is stuck a little bit and im giving it gas.

i still can't find the idle and coolant? also is there a manual for doing this simple maintence ?

nevermind i found it...what tool do you use to take the headlight cover off ?

An allen wrench - the T handle ones work best.
