I'm sure this has been asked and answered elsewhere, but what kind of lights are those?

Blue led's that i bought off ebay , i drilled small hole on the top of each light and dropped it in the light flush and ran it to a seperate switch so i can have them on or my lights;) They also run off like no power at all
