im wondering who the closest person to Buffalo/Ontario is, that has a D&M Software??
who lives around here and has the d&M software??

If you're looking to borrow one, that's a no-can-do. You have to get unlock codes from Optimum for each ECU serial number.
If yuo're looking to buy one, MAZ is in Penn. Look up cdaleparts.com

i sorta figuered that which is really quite anoying i you ask me
why would they make such an anit-Versatile system?
i dont think they could have caused any more of a 'pain-in-the-as*' effect if they tried to...

The answer is $$$.
Find an old dealer with the DealerCal software, and they can do whatever you need done.
The D&M kit is well worth the price though.
