Totally worth it. I have an 02 cannibal and no problems what so ever. Deal on a moto is a deal not to pass up!

Someone will take care of you for the parts. I would recommend the $300 software so you could change mapping and check the system from time to time. It'd be worth the money.
A 02 Moto is okay as long as the updates are done to it. The oil vent and the crank engine case stud update.
