NEMX Indoor Group Ride

This is a post from another thread. Since there is so much interest, I will be organizing a ride at the NEMX facility. We can have 12-20 riders and the total will be $500 for a 4 hour session. What that means to us is: it will cost anywhere from $25 to $42 a rider, depending on how many want to go. I will start and edit a list as we go. All we must do is decide on a date and time. I believe that most of the guys wanted it to be on their X-mas break. I will need to know a secure listing because of the deposit required. ($250) I'll give a place to send the deposit closer to the actual ride time. Their website:

Even if we can't rent the place I would like to meet up at NEMX.How much if we just show up to practice?Do they set a limit on open practice days?

yes, lets narrow down the possibilities.. anytime from dec 25th - Jan 2nd is okay, then skip a week and a half and then its okay again! can't be missing days as soon as we come back..

Yes, we could meet up anytime, but the problem is the membership fee. ($30 which allows you to ride between Nov. and April?) I have to call and ask to make sure we don't need a membership for a rental. You guys pick the dates, I'm okay with anything as long as we all get to RIDE!
