I have a set of +3 lonestar a arms on my dale and everyone told me that R shocks will fit so i bought some pep zps shocks off an R. To make a long story short, when i installed the shocks the quad sat way way to low, so i called waine from PEP and he gave me the rundown. He told me that the shocks were perfect but LSR a arms on dales specificly take 17" shocks, all other a arms take 16" shocks on dale. So now im selling the shocks and going to try to get 17" shocks. If any one has had this problem please let me know and some further info would be apreciated. If you need shocks and you have any std travel a-arm except lsr then these shocks are for you. Near perfect condition 185 lbs MX +3 a-arms. On ebay now. any more questions email jonraptor660@hotmail.com or call 609 802 1371.

i have never heard of a 17" shock you either have a 16" shock or 19" lt shock. Joeff stoess has said the honda shocks have more stroke that a cannondale but I dont know about a special shock for standard arms I would highly doubt it. i am sure you use a 16" shock for it but has to be setup for the brand of arm your are running.

Derno24 has my ols LSR +1" Long Travel setup on his quad. It uses 17" shocks and has 5" shaft travel.

I have seen 19" long travel setups on cannondales with only 4.75" of shaft travel which means the 17" have more travel than the 19's..

so lsr wants to make sure you have to buy special shocks that are setup for thier arms hmm... sounds like a marketing thing to get you to buy shocks from them I will prob go with a houser setup if I do mx and it will be long travel

Yes, they require 17" shocks. I just got a pair of TCS for somebody with LSR arms. Call me, maybe we can help you out.

You know the PEP shock can easily be made 17in. in most cases there are spacers in the shock which limit it too 17in.
