gearing

#1 Post by moto_man »

Hey guys,
It's about time for some new sprockets. what gearing should i go with? And what brand is the best for the money? I had my crank done by Tim Matznick and he said he does sprockets also, but i didn't get a price. has anybody ever got some off of him? He did a great job on my crank so i figured he might make good sprockets too. Thanks

I really like Rebel sprockets for the rear. Any steel front should be okay. I run 14/40 for MX.:usa

i like the 14/42 gearing for mx, i got 20" tires. if u do xc staying with a 13 tooth wuld probably be the best.
