Gift certificate to Pier 1? Or something along those lines. Make it a general area of interest for her so she knows you care and pay attention. But at the same time are actually clueless. lol Did I help or no??

Buy her a one day vacation away from everyone! A giftcertificate at the mall, with a motel key all in one. Maybe you could even find a babysitter and suprise her at the motel. That would make her (or you) a nice gift

How about a day of pampering at the local spa? massage, manicure, pedicure, whatever she likes.

Cannondale27: my wife has read this thread and agrees with Doug about the gift. She said that would be the best. Also she said a night out on the town would be awesome!

Yes she would like a relaxing night away alot.I am on the hotel idea for sure. With some earings or something should be good.We used to go skiing before we were married and I think I'll put together a weekend for both of us also. Thanks Guys!Really starting to get into the spirit now.Even snowing out!
