What are you winter guys using for oil in your dales, I still have Redline 10W40 in it from this fall since I havent gone out this winter yet (waiting for snomobilers to pack down trails) plan on changing out coolant to Evans and change oil while Im at it, but wondering what weight to go for winter. Thanks in advance.

In the winter you want thinner oil so go to 10w30. In the summer you want thicker oil so go to 10w40.smile.gif

I've been running Amsoil 0w-40 summer and winter. Works great. Also use same oil in tranny, yes it is rated for it.

Does it let the tranny shift easier?
