I will chime in on your questions as I run a small custom PC shop. Since our frames our heat treated I would cure the powder at a lower temp for a longer period of time. All powders have different bake schedules (like any recipe biggrin.gif ) If the cure schedule calls for 400 for 10 mins I would run the aluminum frame at say 325-350 for 25-30 mins.

The number of coats on a job depends. They can range from 1 coat to 3 for candy colors...I was thinking of polishing my frame and sealing it with a coat of low-temp clear. :head:
Pricing depends on the amount of prep work involved.

Typically I cut people deals if they send me a bunch of stuff, but depending on where you live check with your local PC shop for pricing.

black or silver what? I am guessing you are thinking of the frame...which is already silver for the most part. What color plastics are you running?
