RECON WON'T START!!! Help!

I have a 1999 Honda Recon, Being that some of you have 250EX's and they have the same engine I thought you could help. I was riding it one day and I was at full speed and it just died, 3 times, after the 3rd time it wouldn't start and I got towed home. I thought the engine finally went or something so I didn't mess with it. I finally decided to put if ALL back together because it wasn't totally together before. Well after i got it back together I tried to start it and it cranked and didn't screech or knock or anything so I know it's not blown, but it just won't start start.

I have a new plug, new gas, new battery, and it has compression, and decent spark i don't know why it won't start. I'm thinking I need to clean the jets really well, but I haven't got a chance to by carb cleaner. Please help

Also check how much spark you are getting. Eliminate a possible CDI or regulator problem.
