What do you guys think is best horsepower per buck for honda 450?

I'm not a honda guy but if I am correct the trx responds very nicely to some sort of cam whether it be from the HRC kit, hotcam, etc. Honda for some reason put a very mild cam in that engine and maybe its to save the valvetrain I don't know. A pipe and jetting will help also if you don't already have it.

HRC kit and proper jetting.If modded already a bigger carb especially if its older one without FCR.
