Thanks everyone. I'll do a comp test monday. I'm not going to be home all weekend, so it'll have to wait.

Did a comp test yesterday and all cylinders were above 90 psi in about the 90-100 psi range.

You could try tuning the carb.Hook up a vacuum guage and tune till you have highest vacuum possible.The adjusters might be plugged with tamperproof plugs you will have to drill out.Check the choke operation also.And EGR passage can be plugged.All those lead to poor mileage.
