moto4 runs real bad with the lights on
1990 350 moto 4, just did carb cleaning and rebuild, replaced the stator with a ricky stator, repaired a bunch of wires up front that rats got, new battery, cleaned connnections, new plug cap, new plug, adjusted the valves and changed the oil and filter. The unit runs real good until I turn on the lights, then it runs like it is hitting a rev limiter just above idle, it did it all the time before I replaced the stator ( it didn't even test close to specs) but now only with the lights on. 13.7-13.9 vdc with lights off or on. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm almost to the point of throwing a match in the tank! Also tried eliminating the park brake switch by unplugging and by connecting the wires but neither way makes it better or worse even with the lights off
