The swing-arm bolt loosened up and the frame holes are oblong right now. It's getting machined and stainless steel bushings pressed into it. I could have had someone just drill it out, but this guy is using a mill machine to make sure it's all true and square. It'll be better than stock!

Nope, this guy has done a dozen or so of them. And they're all racing the GNC's or local MX races and being pounded on. They're holding up with no problems.

Cannondale should have done this from the get go.

No I don't. It's totally apart now too. It's in excellent condition though. I'm very anal about taking care of my machines. It was never left out, always garage kept, and all winter long it was in my nice and toasty shop. I only rode the thing 3 times this winter too.

UPDATE

After posting this message, I went over the quad, and found the swingarm bolt had oblonged the frame hole. It is at the shop as we speak, getting fixed. I was hoping it would be done by now, but I will have it done by next weekend with new pictures up. Sorry about this, but I couldn't sell the machine as is, I didn't want to screw anyone over.

I'd sell it, but it'd still be $4300. It now has Elka front shocks, rear beadlocks, AC Grab bar and front bumper and a Denton steering stablizer also. Also it now has a Speed seat cover and Champion graphics.

The pic shows what the graphics look like.
