2003 cannible part out

I have a 2003 cannondale cannible that I need to part out.

MOTOR:

stock head in perfect condition w/valves and cams (valve clearances are within spec)
NEW ATK 432cc piston and sleeve
Hydro Case
Throttle body mc1000
Injectors
Tranny
Crank w/bad rod and bearing pin could very possibly be fine

FRAME:

Perfect frame
swing arm solid style
stock axle
stock arms

SUSPENSION:

Ohlins non adj fronts
Fox Podium rear non adj

PLASTICS:

Quad Tech hood with cannondale "C" insert race cut fenders
Stock silver front fenders race cut with stock blue "frog eyes"
1 set of rear perfect condition silver
silver side spars

MISC:

AC pro-pegs
perfect skat trak 8 paddles on alum. rims
stock foot pegs and heel gaurds perfect
mc1000 with moto map
NEW HMF ironman exhaust Black with polished vector style end cap
air box w/short velocity stack
