03 Speed
[attachment=5389:P1010102.JPG]
Looking to sell my 03 Speed. It is in great condition and runs like a crack head trying to elude the cops.
If you are wondering why I am selling it. This is my second Cannondale, I also have a 02 Blaze which is currently on the bench getting the motor rebuilt.
I am asking $2250.00. It would make a great quad for someone looking. The quad is near stock except some updates to the motor which have been minimal: Stage 8 bolt kit (Cannonmoto's version). The coolant used is the non corrosive Evans coolant to slow the errosion of the mag. cap. I have only run Red Line oils in the tranny and motor.
The only difference in what you see in the pictures and what is being sold is the nerf bars. The AC nerfs were taken off and replace with the thru the frame style.
Thanks for looking

Option 2 - Try different method
General Questions, I am not trying to tie up the forum by bumping my sale to the top again, But I got to get this thing out of my garage, I need the space. Thus, I have come to the realization that I may need to take it apart and sell what I can and store the rest in 10 differant locations throughout my garage and shed. So before I do that, let me know what you think.
1. If I parted out the Speed, what demand is there for parts and is it worth the effort? If parted how far do I need to strip it down to make it worth it? Should I wait till spring to part it?
2. Should I wait till spring and list as a whole bike again? Hoping for new potential buyers.
3. Keep it, tell the wife it was sold, store it at a friends house, deposit some money I've been hiding from her in our checking account so she dosen't get suspicious and hope she doen't find out I've lied. Go ahead make fun
3. Or, what do you suggest.
Thanks for looking

3(The first one) Keep it at a friends house, tell the wife you sold it to him and let him ride it from time to time.
3(The second one) Seriously, though, I'd hang onto it until spring. Traffic should be back up around here and it's a better season to sell. Right now I'm sure many are tied up because of the holiday season and with their own rebuilds. (This is just my opinion, I may not be right.)
Bump for a clean bike...
