Few questions first

Does your atv have the 03 steering stem or an aftermarket? (this is for the tie rods hitting on the frame when moving through the travel) Do your lower a-arms have the pressed in ball joint (circular) or the one that is threaded with a nut? This will determine if you have the old or new. The old ones had the pressed ball joint. The new ones have the threaded ball joint. Mine were replaced, I know Jim real well and I am sure he will make it right for you.

I have Jims aftermarket stem. My balljoints are threaded with a nut too. The reason why i didnt try to find out earlier didn't want to send back and have to wait it was in the middle of season...

Your cool then

You have the newer design then, All you need to do is shave the nipple down on your caliper and you will be fine. try that ... Go to www.diamondracingatv.com his number is there. If they are still wrong though they should be fixed ... give him a call and find out ... I havn't even tried the new ones yet to know for sure or not

Yes, by all means call me! The old design (using the stock ball joint just touches the caliper), and we know about it, thus we'll take care of it for you. PS, call me directly, 8-5, m-f. although if you trim the post on the caliper, they'll clear also.
